Meet Our Physicians

Donald (Chip) Cooper, D.O

Family Medicine

Donald Cooper, Jr., DO, graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Medicine in 1978 and completed his internship at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in 1979. He is credentialed by the Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and he is also a Medical Review Officer.

 

Dr. Steven Finley

Family Medicine

Dr. Steven Finley graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. He completed his Internship year with Regions Family and Community Medicine in St. Paul, Minnesota in June of 2006 and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Peter C. Lafon

General Surgery

General Surgeon Dr. Peter Lafon has lived, worked and invested in the Cushing community for 20 years. Dr Lafon routinely preforms a variety of outpatient procedures at the surgery center including colonoscopy, EGD, laparoscopic surgery and gallbladders, as well as breast and hernia surgery.

Dr. Fred Crapse

Bariatric Surgery

Dr. Fred Crapse specializes in the laproscopic gastric sleeve weight loss surgery. It is a minimally invasive technique that allows an avenue for the morbidly obese person to reach a body weight that improves their overall health.
